The Littledale Activity Centre offers a wide range of activities. Some activities are Chargeable (please refer to the information pack for prices) but many are free. Please note that some activities do require an authorised leader to run the sessions, the Warden will ask to see Permits if relevant.
Chargeable activities at Littledale Activity Centre
Archery
The Littledale Activity Centre Archery range was upgraded in 2023. You will require a Leader with the relevant permit to use the range.
Air Rifle Shooting
Littledale Activity Centre has an indoor 4-lane shooting range. We have suitable Air Rifles but can also arrange Air Pistol sessions. You will require a Leader with the relevant permit to use the range.
Tomahawk Throwing
Littledale Activity Centre has all the relevant equipment needed for Tomahawk throwing. You will require a Leader with the relevant training to run the session.
Crate Stacking
Littledale Activity Centre has all the relevant equipment needed for crate stacking. This activity can be run outdoors, using suitable trees, or inside the Wet Weather Shelter. You will require a Leader with the relevant training to run the session.
Disc (Frisbee) Golf
Littledale Activity Centre has a new activity for 2023, a 9 "hole" Disc Golf course. This can be set up on the Top Field or on the Main Field. You will require a Leader who has been shown how to erect and take down the baskets.

Orienteering
There is a new 25 marker Orienteering Course at the Littledale Activity Centre
Pioneering
Littledale Activity Centre has a set of large Pioneering Poles and a wide selection of ropes. You are able to construct a variety of structures on the Main Field.
Assault Course
There is an Assault Course at the far end of the Littledale Activity Centre that has a variety of challenges (unfortunately not suitable for Squirrel & Beaver aged children).
Mini Bouldering Wall
There is a small Bouldering wall just below the Wet Weather Shelter alongside the Beck (unfortunately not suitable for Squirrel & Beaver aged children).
Skills & Games
The warden has a selection of games & sports equipment that can be borrowed if you any time-filler activities.
Campfire areas
Littledale Activity Centre has a large camp fire area up the hill from the Warden's Hut. There are also oil drums & frames for fires in the camping fields. Please do NOT light fires directly on the ground except in the main camp fire area.
