Sad news that Norman Winder – late warden of Littledale and past leader in the 53rd Lancaster group has died on Tuesday 21st Feb of a heart attack whilst walking with Pam in Kirkby Lonsdale. He had not been ill.
His funeral is today (Thursday, 1st March) at 4.15 p.m. at Lancaster Crematorium. The district will be represented by members of the 53rd group and myself. I have spoken to Pam, his widow, yesterday and offered our condolences, as you can understand she is very shocked but is being supported by her family.
