Scouting Notes
Saturday October 20th, paper collection for the 4th Lancaster. Sunday, October 21st, church parade to Sulyard-street Church for the 4th Lancaster. Scouts will meet in the Schoolroom; uniform. The annual census returns show that there are 11 troops registered in the district as follows:- 4th, 5th, and 7th Lancaster; 1st, 4th, and 6th Morecambe; 1st Carnforth, 1st Caton, Melling Parish, 1st Hornby Castle, and 1st Glasson, with a total of 294 officers and scouts. Badges: Naturalist, N. Renninson, cyclist, F. Smith; thriftyman, F. Smith, all 4th Lancaster. A class for the engineer badge will commence on Saturday, Oct. 20th, in the Fire Station at 6 p.m.
