District Executive Committee Vacancies

Following retirements we are seeking to appoint some new members to the District Executive Committee. The committee exists to support the District Commissioner in meeting the responsibilities of their appointment. Meetings take place every two months, usually in District Headquarters.

The District’s constitution allows for elected representatives as follows:-

One from each of the sections – beavers, cubs and scouts
One GSL
One Group Executive Committee member
Two Young People (18–25 yrs)

If you feel that you would like to join our happy band and contribute to the running of the District you would be made most welcome.

In the first instance please submit your name and Scouting role to our Chairman Tony Andrews at ta.scout@mypostoffice.co.uk by Thursday 18th June.
