Warden- Littledale Scout Activity Centre
I am delighted to announce that we have appointed a new team to manage and develop Littledale Scout Activity Centre. There will be a new framework for managing the site with a team of ‘weekend wardens’ supporting the warden’s team by ensuring that our guests are well looked after.
Firstly, we have appointed Mick Woods as our Centre Warden. Mick has a long association with the site and has been a regular member of the service crew. Mick will be responsible to the Activity Centre Management Board for the safety, maintenance and up-keep of the site.
Mick will be assisted by Richard Woods, as Assistant Centre Warden (organisation and development) who will be responsible for organising the weekend warden system and the service crew. Richard will also be involved in the management of on-site activities, liaising with Dorothy Ryan (our bookings secretary).
Stephen Sargent will resume his role as Assistant Centre Warden (Groundskeeper) and be responsible for looking after our beautiful fields and woodland.
