Group information for Scout Post 2017
Stamps available from the Scout shop from 7th November
Post boxes in place on 25th Nov, they cannot be placed earlier than this.
Last post sort Friday 15th Dec, Groups must be at 53rd Lancaster HQ by 8.00pm. at the latest. Arrival after this time will result in the Group having to deliver all the cards they have brought.
Unsold stamps to be brought to the Post Review meeting at DHQ on Tuesday 30th Jan at 7.00pm
District Sorts
Sorts are at 53rd Lancaster Scout Headquarters:- Greaves Park, Lancaster
Monday 11th December 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm
Wednesday 13th December 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm
Friday 15th December 6.30 pm, all Groups must be present by the cut off time – 8.00 pm
* Please let the post master know if you are not attending any of the above sorts.
