CARNFORTH NEWS.
ROVER SCOUTS.
A “Guardian” representative blundered into a Rover gathering on Monday, which was being held amidst blossom-laden trees in the shadow of Warton Cragg. An investiture ceremony had evidently taken place, and a hearty invitation was extended to partake in the camp supper which followed. The recently formed “First Carnforth Rover Crew” is one which any officer could be proud of, and the discussion on the arrangements for attending the big camp at Dalton Hall, on Saturday, was carried on in a spirit of real fellowship.
