As discussed at Leaders’ meetings a Challenge Competition Camp will be held at SilverHelme Camp Site from Friday 29th June to Sunday 1st July for Scout Section members. The cost of the Challenge Competition will be £8 per team.
This will be instead of a Camping Competition.
The Saturday programme will be devised, run and marked by the Young Leaders of the District and will run from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm. with a lunch break. There will also be a quiz and a wide game on Saturday night.
Scouts will be marked over the weekend on the following things:-
Their ‘Wet’ and ‘Dry’ programmes for the weekend, plus weekend menus.
Saturdays evening meal cooked on a wood fire.
Most of the marking will be done by the Young Leaders of the District.
