I’ve just been advised by a relative of Gerry’s that he sadly passed away peacefully on New Year’s Day in the RLI. Older members will remember Gerry fondly for his time spent assisting with local Scouting and at our Littledale campsite.
I will circulate funeral arrangements in due course for anyone who might wish to attend. I gather that it was Gerry’s wish that his Ashes be scattered at Littledale.

Gerry’s funeral will take place on Thursday 19 January at 12.30pm at Lancaster & Morecambe Crematorium. It would be nice to have a presence, in uniform to see him off.
