We will be holding a course for Module 25 – validators course. I would encourage current validators to attend this course to up-date themselves on validation of leaders as the Modules have recently been revised so all validations should now be done with the revision to modules in mind.
GSL’s are also welcome to attend this so they too can become validators for new leaders. This is an important role in scouting and we need as many validators as possible to make it easier for new leaders to complete their training and attain their Wood Badge. I will inform everyone who applies nearer the time where an when but it will be in the evening and will be as follows:
Validators Course Wednesday 28th November – cost £6.00 applications for this Module either by e-mail or in writing to Carolyn Blyth LTM, (see District Directory for address) with cheque made payable to WLCSC. Please include e-mail address and mobile phone number (if you have one) so I can notify you of the details.
The course organisers need definite numbers by the end of October in order to get materials sorted for each person so please apply as soon as possible the ensure a place.
