SCOUT WARRANTS
DISTRICT COMMISSIONER Mr. Hector Todd presented warrants to Rev. G. A. Abbott of the 14th Lancaster (Centenary Church) Boy Scouts and Mr. Hubert Radford of the 12th Lancaster (St. George’s) Boy Scouts at the Lancaster District Boy Scouts Association meeting in the Town Hall on Monday evening.
