Lord Stanley presided at a meet-
ing of the North West Lancashire
Boy Scouts Council in Preston, on
Saturday, when it was reported
that six Scouters and 64 Scouts
had been chosen to represent Lan-
cashire at the World Jamboree in
France in August.
Alderman T. W. Helme invested
Mr. T. G. Gregson, of Preston, as
Deputy Camp Chief, and Messrs.
Harper, Leech and King as
Assistant Camp Chiefs.
